Refund & Returns Policy

At My Perfect Watch, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a dropshipping store sourcing products from third-party suppliers, mainly AliExpress, our refund and return policy aligns with supplier terms.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Since our products are shipped directly from suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
✔️ Change of mind
✔️ Wrong size ordered by customer
✔️ Delayed delivery due to customs or courier issues

However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item that does not match the description.
  • Your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery time (excluding delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances).
  1. Reporting a Problem

To request a refund or replacement, you must:
1️⃣ Contact us at aaoe1994@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item.
2️⃣ Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
3️⃣ Include your order number and tracking details.

Once verified, we will work with the supplier to process your claim.

  1. Refund Processing
  • If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If a replacement is requested, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • If the package is still in transit, we cannot process a refund until the delivery window has expired.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed by the supplier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  1. Lost or Undelivered Packages
  • If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:
🚫 Items that were delivered correctly as per order details.
🚫 Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
🚫 Orders delayed due to customs clearance or local postal service issues.
